A custom ICC profile is essential to getting correct, bold and vibrant colours from your printer. Did you know that you should actually be using a unique profile for not only your printer and inks, but also the type of paper that you print on and the final substrate? For example, you might have one profile for printing mugs, and another for metals or fabrics. This is because the ink absorbs, reflects and lays differently on each type of paper and substrate.

Our ICC profiling service is a complete mail-in service which includes:

1. An initial remote dial-in to your computer to correctly install and configure your base printer driver, as well as ensure that it is set up to correctly print the required colour charts.
   
   
2. The creation of a custom ICC profile unique to you.
   
   
3. A second remote dial-in to your computer to correctly install and set up your new ICC so that it prints exactly as we would expect.
   
   

How it works:

• Purchase this product, making sure that the email address you enter at checkout is correct. We'll contact you with full instructions and some important files that you need to download.
  
  
• Using your printer, you'll print a colour chart onto your preferred paper (we'll help you with this part remotely if you haven't done it before or just want to be sure).
  
  
• For sublimation, DTG, DTF, UV-DTF and other transfer type printers you'll then transfer this colour chart (with a heat press or otherwise) to a final product.
  
  
• You'll send the printed colour chart to the address that we'll provide.
  
  
• We'll create your unique ICC colour profile from the chart that you've sent in and send you the required files.
  
  
• If you need us, we'll then remotely dial-in and install and test your new profile for you.

For Macs, we guarantee that your profile will work for updates to the version of MacOS that you're on (for example, Ventura or Sonoma) - and if it doesn't continue working after an update we'll re-profile you again for free. Note that we cannot provide a warranty for major MacOS version upgrades (for example, Mojave to Sequoia). Our warranty extends to updates within the same OS family only.
