What do you get?
Up to 1 full hour of remote technical support from Liam Crayden. You'll get a remote dial-in to either your PC or Mac and can discuss anything technical that you need help with. Chat via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp, have a phone call, or video chat to resolve any queries or issues you may have. Your support request must be completed in one session, within the allotted hour.

What sort of support is offered?
Liam is a software developer by trade and previously worked in the computer repair industry. He has designed his own printers from scratch and has a thorough understanding of almost anything technical within your business, as well as being a bronze Shopify Partner and knowing all about the accounting side of running a business. Ask anything you like about your computers, printers, website, software or hardware - if you're not sure if it'll be covered, just send a message in advance. As long as it can be achieved within 1 hour, this service is probably for you.

Is there anything not covered by this service?
Note that this is an entirely remote service and is not an "in-person" appointment. Liam no longer offers Etsy-specific advice or Etsy shop audits, and doesn't deal with Google Ads. We do have other contacts available in our network who can help with this type of request however and would be happy to put you in touch.

What if my issue isn't resolved?
If your issue can't be resolved or is something that Liam has no knowledge of experience of, you'll get a full refund.

How soon can I get my support?
It's widely known that Liam is highly sought after and impossible to get hold of. This service guarantees that you are pushed right to the top of the priority queue. You will be contacted as soon as possible after purchase to arrange a suitable date and time. This could be as soon as the same day within the hour, or within 1-2 days during busy periods. Evening appointments and weekends are often available.
