How it works:

1. Purchase this product, making sure that the email address you enter at checkout is correct as we'll use this to send you a download link to some colour charts as well as send you your final ICC profile.
   
   
2. Using your printer, you'll print a colour chart onto your preferred paper using the instructions provided. We'll help you with this part via a remote dial-in if you haven't done it before or just want to be sure - this is included for free, and we highly recommend that you let us remotely print the charts for you to guarantee success).
   
   For A4 printers you will need to print FIVE pages of charts.
   For A3 or larger printers you will need to print TWO pages of charts.
   
   
3. Follow the instructions for the type of sublimation blank you want to profile:
   
   100% polyester fabrics: no need to press anything.
   
   Standard white acrylic (without sublimation coating): no need to press anything.
   
   Anything else (metals, ceramics, wood etc): you will need to press each chart individually onto your preferred blank before sending to us. Note that for best results your sublimation blank should be as flat as possible.
   
   
4. Depending on the type as above, you'll either send the printed colour charts OR the final product/substrate/blank to the address that we'll provide.
   
   
5. We'll create your unique ICC colour profile from the chart that you've sent in and send you the required files. If you need us to, we'll also remotely dial-in and install and test your new profile for you.

Apple Mac support and warranty:

We're here to help you at every step, and support is only an email away. For Macs, we guarantee that your profile will work for updates to the version of MacOS that you're on (for example, Ventura or Sonoma) - and if it doesn't continue working after an update we'll re-profile you again for free. Note that we cannot provide a warranty for major MacOS version upgrades (for example, Mojave to Sequoia). Our warranty extends to updates within the same OS family only.
