In-person printer repair - England & Wales only

What do you get?
Choose between either bringing your printer to us (Portsmouth, PO4) or have Liam travel to you. We will diagnose and repair your printer issue on-site. The payment covers labour but not parts or consumables (if required).

What printers can be repaired?
Liam is able to diagnose and repair almost any problem with any of the following types of printer, regardless of manufacturer or model:

• DTF printers of all sizes
• UV and UV-DTF printers
• DTG printers
  
• Sublimation printers
• Inkjet printers
  
• Laser printers
  

Having designed and built printers from scratch in collaboration with a partner in China, Liam has a unique ability to help with unbranded printers and those which use Chinese controller boards such as Hoson. 

A wide range of common compatible parts are kept in stock by us at favourable prices.

What if I can't bring my printer to you?
Larger printers and those not suitable for transporting will require a site visit. This will incur the following charges:

• Travel time charged at £15 + VAT per hour
• Mileage expenses charged at 30p + VAT per mile
• On-site labour time charged at £40 + VAT per hour

Travel is based on a round trip from Portsmouth PO4 to your location. Please contact us in advance to get a quote. Please note that we do not cover Scotland or Northern Ireland - but contact us to see if there is anything we can do for you as an exception.

What if my issue isn't resolved?
It is extremely uncommon that issues cannot be resolved, especially if we have the full facts in advance. In those cases, it is usually predictable as to whether or not a repair will be successful before it is attempted and charged. However, as with all things technical, there can be no guarantees. For unsuccessful repairs, a flat labour rate of £100 will be charged regardless of the amount of time spent. We cannot refund travel or mileage.
