What do you get?
Up to 10 hours of remote technical support from Liam Crayden to use as and when you need it, with no expiry. Get as many remote dial-ins to either your PC or Mac as needed throughout the month up to your 10 hour limit, and discuss anything technical that you need help with at any time. Chat via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp, have a phone call, or video chat to resolve any queries or issues you may have. Requests are deducted in intervals of 20 minutes, so you can use fractions of your hours at a time until you run out.
Payment information
This service is charged at £300 per month and is taken via direct debit. The initial payment of £300 is charged up front when you press the buy button which covers your first month, and you will be sent a link to complete a direct debit form for future payments. Please note that unused hours do not carry over into the next month.
What sort of support is offered?
Liam is a software developer by trade and previously worked in the computer repair industry. He has designed his own printers from scratch and has a thorough understanding of almost anything technical within your business, as well as being a bronze Shopify Partner and knowing all about the accounting side of running a business. Ask anything you like about your computers, printers, website, software or hardware - if you're not sure if it'll be covered, just send a message in advance.
Is there anything not covered by this service?
Note that this is an entirely remote service and is not an "in-person" appointment. Liam no longer offers Etsy-specific advice or Etsy shop audits, and doesn't deal with Google Ads. We do have other contacts available in our network who can help with this type of request however and would be happy to put you in touch.
What if my issue isn't resolved?
If your issue can't be resolved within the allotted time then that block of time will not be counted towards your allowance.
How soon can I get my support?
It's widely known that Liam is highly sought after and impossible to get hold of. This service guarantees that you are pushed right to the top of the priority queue. Help is often available the same day within the hour, but longer requests may take 1-2 days during busy periods. Evening appointments and weekends are often available.
